Jabiru Township Lease
and Sub-leasing

Since its establishment in November 2020 GACJT has been working with both the Commonwealth and Northern Territory Governments, Jabiru Property Services (previously known as Jabiru Kabolkmakmen Ltd), West Arnhem Regional Council, Energy Resources of Australia Ltd, Gundjeihmi Aboriginal Corporation and local public and private entities in Jabiru to allocate and enter into sub-leases over lots in Jabiru.
As at October 2022, over 86 sub-leases have been entered into and a further 234 approved across sixteen separate organisations.
